RENTAL TIPS

KNOW WHAT YOU NEED.

The kind of rentals you will need depends on the vision and theme you may have for your special day. Our office is always happy to help you put it all into perspective and walk you through what rentals you may need, however, consider the basics to begin with; such as linens, china, flatware and floral.

CALCULATE RENT OR BUY.

You may not want to buy smaller items and personally related items for your special day, for example; Monogram lettering, customer napkins, sweetheart décor with specialty candles, or memory table frames. Try to rent all items that you know you won’t want later or can’t reuse or have room to store. Watch for seasons to change to get items for the upcoming season your wedding may be happening in, for inexpensive small items to purchase. Having rented items like linens, china and specialty chairs, can change the whole vision of your wedding. Most rental companies will set up mock display for you as well.

DEMAND EXCELLENT SERVICE AND FLEXIBILITY.

No matter how much you look at your guest list, it will change at the last minute, so make sure your rental company is willing to reduce your rentals at the last minute. It can save a lot! Also allow have your guests reply with RSVP’s early enough so that you can give ample time for any sudden increase or decrease to all vendors for your day.

ASK US!

How does it work? Has the equipment been tested? Are there batteries? Are there attachments I will need to use? These are questions you will not want to ask on your wedding day. Write down your questions and ask them ahead of time. Always ask for an itemized invoice before you pay. It will show delivery and set up costs so you can decide if it is worth it.
